Week 2 of The Nydus Super Clan War kicked off with 2 more beast clans, Imperative Gaming and eSloth Sports Club. It's pretty well known that both these teams have many heavy hitters in the Starcraft community so we were expecting good games and we definitely were not disappointed. Broda got off to a hot start for iGx which helped them secure an early lead, but eventually KingRaze came out and truly lived up to his name pulling off the Reverse All-Kill. All the games were really close and we couldn't be happier to see such high level play at a Nydus event. Thanks again to both clans, all the admins, and the players for letting us cast this awesome event.

Bit of a skeleton crew for admins on the night so we apologize for any delay or confusion getting into games. That said, everything ran pretty smoothly and there was plenty of fun and fast paced action to be had! Plenty of returning faces and some new ones as well, and no surprise, the EU crowd showed up in full force. Speaking of the EU crowd, have you heard of Snowdrum? No? Well the dude tore through the bracket (which was mostly Z v X matchups) and found himself in the finals squaring off against Rhysg. The first two games of the series were close and really down to the wire, but as the series progressed Snowdrum really started to settle into his lead. Make sure to check out the VOD from the PengWin vs Hunta showmatch, what a crazy series!

This is the first week of The Nydus "Super Clan War" featuring PSISTORM, Revolution, Imperative, and E-Sloth professional teams. We couldn't be more hyped to be having this event, and we can't stress enough how much we appreciate all your donations and support to make this event happen. The games started off tense and continued to feel close even though PSISTORM jumped out to a quick 3-0 lead with Epic leading their charge. Revolution responded by pulling out newly aquired Jjakji which seemed to cause a stunned moment of silence from everyone. Jjaki fought hard through PSISTORM players Epic and JonSnow, PSISTORM feeling the heat and on the back foot pulled out True, and everyone got to sit back and witness 2 absolute beasts going at it. Jjaki opened with a good cyclone hellbat timing but True responded with pure roach and stomped out his attack, morphed some ravagers, and moved across the map to take PSISTORMS win! PSISTORM will advance to play the winner of Imperative vs E-Sloth in the Week 3 Finals. Congratulations to PSISTORM and thanks again to both clans for participating!

This was The Nydus' first EU timed tournament, it began at 12pm MT, the idea was to allow players from EU region a chance to play in The Nydus events without having to stay up 'til 5am (though we certainly appreciate the passion you guys have shown!) The turn out was absolutely phenomenal as both the bracket and chat were filled with new faces. The games started off great with most series leaning towards macro games and there was an absolutely INSANE 3 game series between GMs GamerRichy and Nightmare, I would highly recommend watching those VODs. At the end of the day though it was MoistNugget who won the tournament by default due to his opponent missing the finals. But a series between frugs and MoistNugget took place with both players walking away with some cash! Congrats to both players and we'll see you all next week!

The brackets continue to pile up as we head into Week 12 of the NSL. We continue to have great turnouts and this one was our biggest one to date! The night was filled with plenty of Zergs and Terrans with some Protoss representation sprinkled in. At the end of the day Ward and Pinecone met in the finals, and Ward showed his versatility by pulling out Mech, Bio, and even a Protoss game! Pinecone did his best to hold but Ward ended up taking the series 3-1.
